Pilates Instructors

Kirrilly Morrison

I began my Pilates experience as a Client early in 2001, requiring rehabilitation for a 3 year injury. Through the Pilates Method and with fantastic instruction I overcame my injury and was inspired to change my career. I wanted to spread awareness of the Pilates Method and be actively involved with teaching others to improve physical deficiencies, relieve pain, facilitate and enhance effective movement and strength, and boost self-esteem. This continues to be my ambition, and my reward.

I completed my first Pilates certification in May 2004 with the Pilates ITC (International Training Centre) in Sydney. I pursued further qualifications by completing a Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction, and finally an internationally recognized Advanced Diploma in the Pilates Method, which I completed in July 2010, (through Pilates ITC), which is currently the highest Pilates qualification in Australia.
I continue to progress my Pilates experience and passion through regular workshops, courses and conferences, with a special interest in rehabilitation.

I have completed over 10,000 teaching hours and I am registered with the Pilates Alliance Australasia (regulatory organisation) as a Principle Level Pilates Instructor.
I continue to strive for perfection in my own body and the bodies of the Clients I work with.
